SINGER MODEL 245-3 INDUSTRIAL HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL USE 1940'S SEWING MACHINE NR SINGER MODEL 245-3 INDUSTRIAL HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL USE 1940'S SEWING MACHINE NR The Singer 245-3 is a mid 20th century single thread lock stitch sewing machine designed for commercial and industrial use. With their extremely heavy duty construction some are still in regular use today. This is an early 1940’s industrial heavy duty commercial machine. It has been in storage for 40 years. It was in working order when stored. Will need a good cleaning and a tune up, Some of the decals are faded. Could also just be dirt and dust from sitting so long. I simply wiped it down in order to remove surface dirt and photograph it. I am not an expert and did not want to risk damaging it or marring the surface or decals. Will work as is and is a good candidate for a complete restoration. It is sold as is. Shipping is calculated to your destination via ups ground. Pick ups are free. If you are picking it up please let me know. It will require a signature pick up or ups. The machine without packaging weighs 50 lbs. Auction is for the machine only. It will require appropriate, bench, needle, belt, and miscellaneous parts to operate.    Payment We accept only paypal.   Shipping via UPS Ground. Signature Required.
