This is for a single vintage original Pyrex (Corning) brand glass round bottom side arm distillation flask from the 1940s. This is 500 ml size. The reason I am somewhat sure of the age is that these items were in a box along with some micro burettes that had a piece of lab notebook paper wrapped around them and it was dated September 1941. These papers are not included. They have been used for many years but are in good, clean condition with no chips or cracks. There are some surface scratches and inside water spots from cleaning. I have no access to solvents that clean and quickly dry this type of glassware, maybe you do. Great for the chemistry collector or a science museum exhibit. Sorry it is somewhat difficult to get good pictures because of the reflections from the glass. Measures about 11 inches in length from top to bottom and the side arm extends out 5 inches. These came from a well known chemistry laboratory and some of the glassware was custom made for this chemistry laboratory so they are unique pieces and historical. I have 4 more of this size as well as a number of 250 ml size. The 1000 ml sizes have all been sold. I am surprised (but pleased) at the interest in these old items. Since this is glass and breakable if sent via priority mail insurance up to $50 is now included. I will package as best as I can to prevent any breakage that could occur in transit by the postal service. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
