With an IP65 front panel that is protected against dust and liquids, the 96 x 96 x 106 mm timer displays the remaining dough time using four displays and red LEDs. SITEC offers a 0-10 range timer for spiral mixers such as VMI, Lucks, Sottoriva, Escher, Univex, and more. Keep in mind that California buyers will need to pay sales tax, while buyers outside of California are tax exempt. Additionally, they manage bowl reversal from the first to the second speed with a gentle stop of 1.5 seconds, eliminating any abrupt changes. Manual operations can be performed without the need for an external selector, making them even more convenient. To ensure compatibility, be sure to contact us with the model and serial number of your mixer before placing your order. They also ensure a smooth transition from the first to the second speed, with a speed change signal maintained for one second. We have a wide variety of Sitec timers available in stock.
