Featuring both front and rear back-lit LCD displays, along with an audible signal. An automatic shutoff turns off detector if inactive for 5 minutes as a battery-saving feature. Top-mounted magnets built-in for attachment to ceiling track or steel studs, with a heavy-duty quick release clamp also included. This detector operates on 4 AA alkaline batteries (included). The rotary laser detector aids in locating and targeting a visible or invisible beam emitted by a rotary laser instrument; perfect for use in outdoor conditions (as well as indoors), where sunlight and distance may make locating the beam more difficult.
