The SkanWASHER SkanSTACKER is designed to wash 96 well microplates and to produce fast, high through-put washing by automatic microplate handling. The flexible setup of critical wash parameters ensures an excellent wash performance : • Aspirate probe position, height above bottom and between center and edge, for low residual volume. Dispense probe height, position in the well, wash active part of well. Inlet wash buffer flow rate, for gentle or hard wash. 'Overflow' washing. ^processor controlled timing, flexible. Adjust vacuum for gentle or hard aspiration. Aspirate from top of well.
