Why buy a repro when you can have the real thing for the same price!? The number of details on this beauty is off the charts! Super thick, glass dome I believe is called explosion proof. It has cool wavy glass and embossed design at the tip. The design is like a children's block that is also repeated on the top neck that joins the fixture to the pipe. Round trim along outside edge of glass have both engraved and raised letters/numbers(CROUSE-HINDS). AWESOME detailed oval plate on the side shows specs. At tip of the top rod there is more raised/recessed makers marks on both sides. I believe this is aluminum, iron, and maybe tin, but not certain. It is guaranteed an industrial grade, vintage piece weighing 12LBS. As is, measures 18 inches tall with a diameter of about 9 inches. Obviously any custom length can be easily achieved by replacing top pipe. I am not certain, but it appears you can use a bulb up to 300 watts. It holds standard threaded bulb, but socket needs to be replaced. It would look spectacular over a kitchen island. Many other salvaged architectural elements listed.
