If an item is damaged or defective, or if it does not match the order, customers can notify Suburban27 within 48 hours. The company will provide an RA number and a prepaid packing slip. Glass or china orders should be inspected upon arrival as Suburban27 cannot guarantee their condition during shipping. The SLGB024 24" Magnetic Knife Bar is a long, black plastic bar with two magnetic strips designed to securely hold knives in place. This magnetic bar is manufactured by Thunder Group and its model number is SLGB024. Once an order has been processed, customers will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. Customers can also log in to the website to track their package. Suburban27 is based in New York and sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the state. International shipping is available and processing time is 6-12 business days. Customers may cancel an order before it is processed or before an RA number is provided. Suburban27 offers standard and expedited shipping options. Packages are shipped by UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service and other major shipping companies. The shipping method is chosen based on the most effective and cost-efficient option. Expedited shipping only applies to actual shipping time. Suburban27 aims to provide excellent customer service and will accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging, except for custom items and equipment with optional accessories. Restocking fee applies to certain items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs; a standard charge of $7.95 will be applied if free shipping was offered. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any items.
