It appears to be Electrically activated. Overall size about 6.75" x 2.75" x 2.75" with out the arm extended. Has pulleys, belt, (motor, working I do not know?). Travel is 4". I do not know much about this kind of thing so take a very careful look as I might be wrong in my description. I have other odd part units like this in the store.
