This base will fit NEMA 56, 143, 145 and others.  The two motor mounting supports are 8" wide with spacing slots to accommodate 2.5" to 7" bolt spacing.  The base itself is fastened center-to-center 7X15" with four screws.  Oilite washers are installed on the screw for smooth movement.  Was bought as McMaster no. 6531K12 and is quite possibly Lovejoy, Inc. item # 68514419718, Sliding Cast Iron Motor Base.
