Items being picked up or delivered in the state of Ca. Sales Tax 9% PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold "AS IS". (Unless otherwise specified) The serial numbers of all removable parts (and the item itself) have been documented. Should any part be D.O.A. on arrival? A replacement part will be issued ONLY after customer has sent prior email notification (including serial numbers) to us and then shipped the item in question (shipping paid for by purchaser). Once received, and we have verified the items authenticity **. The item in question will be tested (about to 2 weeks). If the item is found to be faulty a replacement part will be issued and the item in question will be repaired and brought to good working order (about 2 weeks). At which point the item will be shipped back to the customer at no charge (about 1 week). **Any items received that have had the security seals broken or otherwise show signs of tampering or should any of the serial numbers not matching. No replacement part will be issued and the item in question will not be fixed. But instead, returned at customer’s expense. If it is not shown in the picture or writing in the description, then it probably does not come with the item please email me if you have a question before purchasing. · Refunds / Returns Please check the description carefully; we do not grant refunds or returns on items bought by mistake or misread. (As-is and no returns will not be refunded) · If there is a problem with an order, contact us immediately to discuss the problem. Any such problems must be brought to our attention within 6 days of your receipt of the item/s. Shipping charge is non-refundable. 20 % restocking fee for returns, after 7 days.
