This is a used step down transformer that remains in good working condition.  The environment from which it was retrieved had drawn very little load through it.  All terminations, coil protective shield and wiring remain in good condition. Primary 120 or 277 volt AC input Secondary side 16 volt (output) The translucent brown epoxy shown on the top in one of the photos did not come from the transformer and does not affect or impact its usage.
