The item available here is a lot of two SMC pneumatic cylinders / actuators that are new. One of them is still in the original packaging, the other is new with no packaging and very little shelf wear. They have not been tested and come with a 14 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Postage is not covered.
