SMC Thermo-Con HEC200 W-2-X5 Thermoelectric Cooler About this Item This SMC Thermoelectric cooler is lighty used and is in excellent condition. It was purchased from a decommissioned T.I. wafer-fab plant. The power plug still has the factory sealed bag on the end as shown in the pictures, so it may in fact be a new unit. There are some scuff marks and small scratches on the housing, so I am listing it as used. I am unable to test because it requires 200 VAC, which I do not have available.
