Smith Corona Coromatic 2500 Large Print Typewriter This typewriter has old-style striking hammers but is fully electric and motorized. There's a QWERTY keyboard along with a button that prevents the page from moving between keypresses to allow multiple character strikes, a half-space back button, an adjustment wheel labelled "copy", and an adjustment wheel labelled "touch". The unit takes Smith-Corona Type II-A ribbon cartridges; one is included but it's unknown how much ink is left in it. There are margin adjustment sliders on rails along the top with an apparent maximum width of 11". The unit is powered by a two-prong power cord and comes with a plastic carrying case with two keys for the latch locks. The font this typewriter uses is a bit larger than seems common, about 0.25" tall, with both upper and lower case. How the unit was tested: The unit was plugged in and some text was typewritten on a page. This appears to be a good working unit.
