 This auction is for a vintage antique SMITH CORONA  manual typewriter. This is known as a flat top typewriter. This has sn 1C 56721 was made between 1935 and 1939. The condition of this typewriter is RARE with great cosmetic condition and works great. It is very clean with excellent jet black original paint not retouched and very nice chrome. I would say this typewriter is in collector condition with some minor paint problems I will point out. The keys all work except the rR which the connecting rod is off and a tech can put it back on. The keys are glass type and they are in great cosmetic condition clean and straight and look like dark green in the natural light. It will come with a nice wet ribbon. It  will come with its original  hard case in nice condition. The back of the typewriter has a lot of paint rubbed off from being in the case and moving around. There is a red line on the back paper loader that can be removed . There is some paint on the paper loader that is not as nice as the flat top. I will provide more photos.
