I have plugged in this Smith Corona 250 DLE electric typewriter and it powers up and the keys all move.  It does NOT have a ribbon so I don't know how well it works.  There are a few scuffs on the typewriter itself and some on the case.  Overall though it's in good cosmetic condition.
