This is a Smokaroma BBQ Boss Pressure smoker . I bought this a few years ago from a caterer who retired who made incredible BBQ ribs with this. I was going to use it in a chicken and Rib restaurant but never used it. It has been sitting in my shop . I just plugged it in and it powered up and it heated up and the timer worked but I have never cooked with it. The pressure actually comes from the moisture in the meat when you're cooking which drives the wood chip smoke from the smoke cup through the meat and makes anything you cook taste incredible. The paint On the front panel is peeling and the pressure gauge glass is cloudy but the rest of it seems in good shape. It comes with the rib rack and the wood chip cup. I prefer local pick up but will ship it freight collect at the buyers expense and there will be a $75 crating charge if it needs to be shipped. I Thank You for looking and Good Luck!
