Wood or Coal box w/oven brick attached to the smoker barrel which are two compartments with 4 sliding racks. The barrel has adjustable plates to allow control of hear and or smoke distribution. Allowing for both compare to to stay within 15 degrees of one another.  The barrel then is connected to smoke box. This is a signs door with four racks. Two stove pipes to allow for smoke control. Both the barrel and box have 2 inch drains allowing for easy cleaning as well designed to not allow for fat build up.  The entire smoker has a work counter attached to the barrel as well as its on screws to allow smoker to be moved our ward for catering and access ease. In turn by moving barrel to center s very steady balanced trailer for tow. Mag rims powder coated frame. Trailer is permanent licensed ca. And DT approved.  In addition the fire box has a hot grill right on top of box allowing versatility.  This unit has been used to cater as many as 3000 people.  Underneath the box and barrel is a wood rack or other storage needs. On the right-hand side behind the barrel in box is a Nother cage they can be locked as well as a upper section which is open for storage. A spare tires included tires are also in great shape.
