2004K Dispensing Controller The 2004K is a general-purpose manual dispenser designed for use with standard barrel-type syringes and tips, as well as our wide assortment of valves, tanks, and other dispensing accessories. Compatible with the full array of solder pastes, surface mount adhesives, and other compounds used in electronic production, the 2004K can dispense volumes as small as 0.1 ml. The system can be used in a manual mode for continuous dispensing or an automatic mode where dispense duration is set via an analog timer. An adjustable vacuum suck-back control prevents thin fluids from dripping between dispense cycles. Accessories included are a foot pedal, barrel stand, and an assortment of syringes and tips.
