This is a brand new SofPull paper towel dispenser. Please see pictures and let me know if you have any questions! Payment must be made within 48 hours of item end. Shipping costs listed includes all EBay and PayPal fees, insurance (when applicable), shipping costs, and packaging costs. I recycle packaging to cut down on my costs and your costs so please excuse if you get a Frankenstein box with different packaging inside! I have shipped many items (as you can see from my feedback) and 99% of them arrive in great condition as long as the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) does not play volleyball with the package. I have had on occasion a package to be lost by the post office. When this happens, I will gladly do whatever I can to assist you in claiming this package. In most cases, the item was eventually found by the post office and shipped to the customer safely but it takes a while. I recommend insurance. Only bid if you do agree with this policy. Return Policy: Returns are ONLY accepted if item is inaccurately described. Colors are my opinion so please look at photo, but be aware colors vary according to monitors and your own personal opinion. Please pay special attention to photos, title, and description, all of these have information in them for you to be the judge of current condition, color, size, etc. If there is something you do not see or have a question about, please ask questions prior to bidding or buying item. If an issue is found after purchasing that is not in the photos or listed, picture must be sent with details about issue within 14 days of shipment date. Items will not be accepted for return for your mistake on buying wrong size, color, type, etc. I expect you to ask me any and all questions in relation to any detail that you may be concerned about. I would much rather answer this question than waste my time and your time dealing with a return. If we do come to an agreement on a return, then the refund will be depending on item being shipped back to me in SAME condition as when I shipped it to you.
