This is new – has never been used, as you can see by the condition of the keys. It is a 5/8" Locking Hitch Pin - fits 2" Receivers. Includes lock bolt, lock washer, square 5/8” nut, nut holder, nut holder adaptor, lock assembly with dust cap, 2 keys, and instructions for assembly. This locking hitch pin system is designed to be used with 2” hollow ball mounts only, weight-carrying hitches only. The manufacturer advises:  when hitch pin is left on for extended periods of time, torque should be checked periodically. A quality lock lubricant (a graphite lock fluid is preferred) should be used once yearly to best maintain the lock function.  Lock lubricant should be added where the key enters the lock. Any additional information you might require may be found on the company’s website.
