. CARBIDE DRILL Here is a KENNAMETAL SOLID CARBIDE 3/16” (.1875) TWIST DRILL WITH 3 FLUTES MIGHT NEED SHARPENED. The shank and end has a .1875 OD. The usable drill flute length is about 1 1/8". The drill is about 2 13/16” long. I don’t think the drill was ever used but you might NEED TO SHARPEN IT TO USE IT but the sides are ground. When I run a fingernail along the cutting edges I can feel some places along the edges that catch. It was found loose in a box.
