A SOLID steel work bench top! Awhile back, I won an auction at a school district surplus property sale. There were several of these tops that came with a vise at each corner,and sat atop a four way bank of steel lockers. They were from a wood and metal shop classroom. They measure 53 1/2 wide x 64 long. Built out of 1/16th thick galvanized steel plate with rolled edges then welded at the corners. They are set atop stacked layers of built up fir plywood making up a 2 1/4" solid core for an extremely strong work surface Use them as is, make two standard width work tops or use your imagination. Many possilities. LOCAL PICK UP IN THE 92687 Area
