They are cleverly designed to fit into most establishments with little adjustment. The commercial dough roller has a compact design, perfect for restaurants and bakeries with limited space. The unit is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, making the dough roller sanitary and extremely durable. Dough build up is eliminated by the synthetic rollers. This unit also comes with a safety sensor for automatic shut off. The drive mechanism is completely maintenance free and isolated from the rolling area. Somerset Dough Roller, 15" synthetic rollers, sheets 500-600 pieces per hour up to 15", front operation, safety sensors, spring loaded synthetic scrapers, large hopper, 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, heavy-duty all stainless steel construction, 1/2 HP, cETLus, NSF, CE, USDA Shipping Policies We have some of the lowest shipping prices in the country.
