The rollers of the CDR-2100 are 3.5” (8.89 cm) in diameter and 20” (50.80 cm) in length, and are synthetic (metallic rollers are also available). The scrapers are synthetic, spring-loaded, and easily removable. The bearings are permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings, and the gear motor is a heavy-duty 3/4 HP, maintenance-free, single-phase 115v/60Hz or 220v/50Hz. The finishing is done with foodservice grade stainless steel, and the legs are adjustable to 4” and made of stainless steel. - The drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area - Sheets 500-600 pieces of dough per hour - Constructed with all stainless steel for safety, sanitation, durability, and simplicity - Equipped with safety sensors for automatic shutoff This versatile dough roller is perfect for a wide range of applications, including pizza, dough sheeting, cookies, pie crusts, flour tortillas, sweet doughs, calzones, pita bread, and other ethnic flatbread, roti, and more!
