This is a sonar hydrophone using double bilaminar PZT elements developed for experimental application. It has a flat response in the audio frequency range. The housing is stainless steel and the ceramic elements are cast in polyurethane.  The electrical cable, which are short lengths, have two conductors and a shield.  This hydrophone was made over 30 years ago.  Sold as is - not tested for operating capability.  No performance or other data is available.  This is an ideal unit for use as a demonstration element in a university electronics, sonar or technology course.  Free shipping to any United States Zip Code address.
