This unit is in good cosmetic condition with worn radiolucent upholstery.  The pad is usable, it just need to be reupholstered. The electrical works fine with no problem. It includes only the foot control. I have tested all the functions and they appear to work fine.  it raises, lowers, reclines and retracts. Very nice chair. Sold as-is, please review all pictures.
