For sale is a used take off ultrasonic welding unit from a carpet manufacturing plant. The unit consists of a stainless Bimba MRS- 504-D pnumatic cylinder with 4" of stroke, coupled via Bimba AC625 coupler, to a  Sonics CV151 Ultrasonic converter and booster to a welding horn. The entire unit came as seen and is a tuned assembly. The entire assembly slides on a precision linear slide, which shows some signs of corrosion, however it moves freely and without play. The pnumatic cyldinder performs well, but we do not have the necessary equipment to test the ultrasonic welder.
