Sony XC 3 CCD Camera w Navitar 6000 Microscope Lens System w Ring Illuminator w Light Source. Camera provides a great picture. In the progression of pics, the first pic of red target is with room light only. Then the second pic of red target shows effect with 50% light intensity from light source. NOTE:{ I did not adjust the camera before pics...as such the red is not faithful. With correct white balance settings it would have matched. My monitor is set to cyan not RGB so I did not want to reset the camera as it is set to RGB} Info on the light source....The ability to actually adjust the light output through regulation as with a transformer in the light source is far superior to the light sources sold cheaply that only progressively interfere with the light while the bulb is always at full power using a metal blade progressively to block the light from passing through. The best choice for all things photography is true regulation as this light source provides. Side note {the light source requires a stronger rated bulb. This bulb will work fine at 70% power and below. It will burn out if you go beyond 70%} The other pics demonstrate the ring illuminator that is in new condition, demoed with light intensity at 50% and low. The same was used to demo the light source alone, first at 50% then at low. This is a great system and will provide a really robust photographic platform for what ever your interests. Clearly a great image and a great capability. The system does not include a power supply or video cable for the Sony 3 CCD camera. These items are available for additional money. The mount and monitor I used is my demo bench and is as well not part of this listing This is a no warranty no return sale. Please note, the sipping total is not firm.
