CONDITION: This is a used item with some very minor cosmetic wear such as scratches on the actual rotor. The blue aluminum cover is like new. Very nice unit, won't last long at this price. There's no reason to think this won't function exactly as it should, but I offer a 14 day money back policy just in case.
