We purchased this machine a year ago for the kitchen staff. They had never used one before. They started using it and were able to prepare items in advance that they otherwise would not have been able to prep early. It helped alleviate some of the long hours. From the executive chef standpoint it allowed him to significantly save on food cost, product waste, consistency with time/temperature, portion size as well as eliminated alot of overtime hours. We are selling this one because we purchased a few more larger capacity and higher volume models. We are also selling in a seperate sale the sous vide immersion cookers because we upgraded those as well in order to accommodate larger volume.
