This new all stainless steel 36" gas range has a 36" griddle on top and single standard oven. The 36" griddle is a smooth, polished, 1/2" plate with 4 manually controlled burners, each putting out 16,000 BTU's per hour. The oven on the S36D-3G/T is rated at 35,000 BTU's per hour. Standard Exterior Features: 36-1/2" wide open top with stainless steel front, sides and removable shelf. This unit has a 36", smooth, polished 1/2" thick steel griddle plate with raised sides, to include four (4) 16,000 BTU burners. Manual controls Removable, one-piece crumb drawer under burners. Metal knobs w/ red stripe. Hinged, lower valve panel. Quadrant spring doors with heat resistant, ergonomic, chrome handle. 6" stainless steel, adjustable legs. Factory installed pressure regulator.
