The cooker shall be constructed of all-welded satin finish stainless steel, type 304. The doors shall have a removable inner liner of aluminum plate with full perimeter gasket seal, and a wheel-and-screw closing mechanism. Compartment operation shall be at a maximum pressure of 6 psi (41kPa). Steamer, direct steam, pressure-type, (3) compartments, 36" cabinet base, independent automatic timer controls, removable shelf supports, slide out shelf, CSD-1 package, stainless steel interior & exterior finish, adjustable bullet feet front, flanged feet rear, CSA, NSF Shipping Policies We have some of the lowest shipping prices in the country.
