Southbend (EZ24-3) - 3-Pan Electric Connectionless Counter Steamer Product Details A boiler-free convection steamer can make many cooking or food prep tasks much easier for employees in commercial foodservice operations from school cafeterias to full-service restaurants. The 3-Pan Electric Connectionless Counter Steamer (EZ24-3) from Southbend provides even-heat for proper preparation of food products in a plumbing-free countertop model. A door interlock switch interrupts steam when the heavy-gauge door is opened, and returns to normal operation when the door is closed, for a safer work environment and reduced energy consumption. And the low water indicator and alarm prevent the steamer from running dry. The overall height measurement of 23.13" does not include the vent on top of the counter steamer.
