Southbend GCX-16S double high volume convection gas steamer We have a large Southbend GCX-16S double gas convection steamer. This unit is set up for natural gas and has been tested and is working. The overall dimensions are 36 W x 36 D x 67 H. MFG price new $33,564. Priced to sell! This is a great buy! Convection Steamer Gas two compartments 36" Cabinet Base (16) 12"x20"x2-1/2" pan capacity total 60 minute timer per compartment automatic blowdown stainless steel interior and exterior finish CSD-1 code 300000 BTU  Compartments=2|Pan capacity=(8) 12"x20"x2-1/2 deep pans/compartment|Controls=manual|Steam Generator=300 MBTU|Interior finish=stainless steel|Exterior finish=stainless steel|Cabinet length=36" Payment is expected within 3 days.
