The kettle is expertly manufactured using incredibly durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a double wall kettle interior which forms a jacket of steam around the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The interior of the jacket is filled with distilled water and sealed by the factory to prevent any possible contamination. Additionally, the kettle is designed to operate on incoming steam pressure of between 5-50 psi and features a six gallon (19 liter) capacity.
