WEIGHT: 550 LBS       Features:            The DH-65 varies from the SC-200 in that it uses a 2 stage menu system, in the first stage the fan, main element, steam element and smoke element are all on. In the second stage the main element goes off to allow for a soft finish to the product while keeping it moist. The other variation is the use of the steam element and steam pan to add moisture to the cooking cabinet. Digital Controller: Capable of up to 20 programs for additional cooking needs.  Allows one touch menu selection based on the size of the load. All 304 Stainless Steel Construction Internal 750 watt smoker element with wood chip box. Chipbox:   Uses wood chips or charcoal. Air Circulation:  Low Velocity Convection Fan. Temperature Range:  140-325 degrees F. UL and NSF Listed; 120/208V, 1 Phase, 30 Amp, 4 Wire Left to Right: 25-3/8" Front to Back: 33" Height: 55"       HOURS OF OPERATION MONDAY- FRIDAY  9am -6pm SATURDAY 10 am -3pm SUNDAY  CLOSE ++After hours available with appointment++   TESTING AVAILABLE ON SITE       Payment can be made directly to us with your credit card.
