You are bidding on a SOUTHERN PRIDE SMOKER. MODEL SC-200-SM does not have rotisserie, therefore the oven is smaller and takes up less space in your kitchen. The sc-200-sm is a great choice to add popular barbecue items to you menu and will also allow for the preparation of "cold smoked" items such as salmon or block cheese. It's a great choice for restaurants, menu add-ons, growing catering firms, convenience stores and supermarkets. Electrical requirements: Voltage 120/208, Amps 24, Hertz 60, Phase 1. CONDITION This unit is in good working condition. Tested by qualified technician and ready for operation. There are some light cosmetic dents and scratches from previous use, - Please see the pictures. The smoker comes w/ five original shelves and grease catcher. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all of the equipment we sell is tested by qualified technician and in good working order. PAYMENT and SHIPPING As a small business ourselves, we undestand that opening a new business can be quite stressful. We will work with you to accommodate your schedule and payment options. We will store your purchase until you ready to receive it. HOW WE TEST Every piece of equipment we place for sale is checked, tested and comes with a warranty, unless stated otherwise. We do not test equipment with product (although we welcome our customers to come over and do so). For example when testing a pizza oven we make sure that all parts are performing like they're suppose to: mechanics and electronics,- we do not cook actual pizza as part of a test. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment is due within three business days after the end of the auction. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are used and as such will have dents, scratches, chips, rust, discolorations and cracks. All items come from working environment and as such will have traces of product it was used to produce, store or process. 4. We ship only to confirmed addresses. If a buyer requires any special, additional delivery services, he/she should inform MCE,Inc. prior to the item being shipped. The buyer agrees to pay for any special or additional delivery services, e.g. freight insurance, lift gate service, scheduled delivery, residential address charges, etc. prior to shipping. All additional charges rising from the buyer not being able to accept or unload freight at the time of delivery are to be paid by the buyer within three business days of a delivery or an attempted delivery. After freight is shipped, the buyer is to follow shipping progress and coordinate delivery with carrier(s). Shipping time 3-15 business days. Holidays, weekends, payment clearing time, packing/crating time are not included in the shipping time. Time of arrival (ETA) is ESTIMATED and depends on a number of factor, including carrier's schedule. Buyer is to coordinate delivery details directly with the freight carrier. 5. Items are normally shipped within 3-7 business days of payment being cleared. Allow additional time to crate larger and heavy items. Items that are not picked up or shipped due to buyer's action/inaction are subject to 1%(of the sale price) or $25, whichever is greater, daily storage charge. Storage services are available for a fee – please inquire. 6. Shipping damages will only be covered if freight insurance is purchased by the buyer prior to shipping. If freight arrives damaged, take the following actions: a. Note damages with a delivery person. b. Take multiple, detailed pictures of the damaged item. c. Notify the carrier's Claim Department. d.File claim with shipping company within 48 hours. 7. Props, tables, stands on which equipment is placed to be photographed and unrelated to sale items in background and foreground are not included in the sale, unless specifically mentioned in the description. If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in a sale. 8*. Warranty: We offer 30 days major parts warranty.(Major Parts do not include accessories, cracked or discolored plastic covers, parts that are commonly changed due to normal wear and tear: belts, seals, covers, decals, etc.) Warranty does not cover costs of labor. ANY WORK DONE ON A PURCHASED UNIT WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF MCE,Inc. WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED. The warranty starts the day buyer's payment is cleared. We offer 14 days money back guarantee. Guarantee applies ONLY to items that do not match their descriptions- We do not accept returns for any other reasons. Guarantee comes with the following conditions: a. Buyer is responsible for all repacking, shipping and insurance charges for returns. b. Buyer agrees to a 10% restocking fee. c. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. d. Items that were banded to a pallet, shrink-wrapped and crated must be returned in the same manner. e. Refund shall be made on the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping and handling charges. To return an item: contact MCE,Inc. for a four digit 'return code'; once return code is obtained, ship an item back. Allow 48 hours for inspection. Once approved, the refund will be issued. 9. The buyer assumes all responsibility for installation of purchased items and training of operator(s). An operator should have experience working with the type of the unit purchased. If hard-wiring is required, the buyer should have a LICENSED electrician to complete all electrical work. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for safely handling, inspecting and verifying the operational quality of their purchases prior to putting them into service. The buyer expressly releases MCE,Inc. from any liability arising from the installation or operation of purchased item.
