Spectra Precision Laser has more choices and better choices because they build the toughest products on earth. There's a reason Spectra Precision Laser is the strongest name in the industry. They invented the industry. From day one they have pioneered every major development in laser positioning for construction. That's why you will find their products on more job sites around the world than any other brand. We are a proud to be a factory authorized Distributor for Spectra Precision Laser. All products sold come with a full factory warranty. Loosen the clamp, slide it, tighten the clamp - over and over again.  Several attempts have been made to alleviate this problem - quick clamp releases, adapters, plastic sliding rod rails, speed knobs, specialty clamps and specialty rods.  All are noble attempts, but ultimately failed due to being expensive, cumbersome, prone to breakage, special ordering or other detractions.  The Laserometer provides a solution. If your laser detector ever let you down during the critical part of a job, you realize the importance of a reliable and accurate detector. Detector inaccuracies and failures can cost your project significant amounts of time, material, rework and profit. Let your laser live up to its full potential with a high performance of a STORM laserometer.  View the Complete Manuel  About The Laserometer Extending the vertical reception range of the laser beam and providing a digital readout of the distance from on-grade is the solution. This is similar to what is done on automatic machine control systems.  Sounds easy. However applying the traditional methods used over the past years would likely prove costly and possibly too fragile. A new method would have to be found to provide the expected reliability and price competitiveness required in an Apache product. It would have to be different.  Engineers, software and product specialists - everyone - scoured for a new way. The result is SUPERCELL technology - a patented and proprietary new way of doing things. It started the revolution.  Without getting into too much boring detail, the traditional method used to pick up the laser beam consisted of numerous photocells soldered to each other and to printed circuit boards. The photocells themselves are relatively fragile - think tiny mirrors. And all the solder joints become potential problem areas during the typical abuse on a jobsite.  Mechanically, the new SuperCell process uses a single durable acrylic tube in place of the photocell array.  Electronically, it can precisely measure exactly where on the tube the center of the laser strike is and convey that information numerically to the user.  The user in the field does not have to move the rod clamp every time to measure those last few critical inches or centimeters. He can simply read it like he would a tape measurer. Efficiently.  Accuracy, toughness, and reception height have all been redefined, at an affordable price.      We Combine Shipping: We combine shipping based on the total weight of your order.
