Spectra Precision Epoch 35 GPS + GLONASS - AS IS - Great Deal This Epoch 35 was my main GPS and always worked/works great.  The wind blew it over a few months ago and it landed on the battery door.  This broke off the 2 little plastic tabs that hold the battery door shut and put a crack in the side.  The picture with the red circle is showing the stumps left from the broken tabs, one is being pointed at with a pink paper clip and the other is to the left.  The crack is shown in another picture. I finished working that day by holding the battery door closed and in the weeks following I kept it closed with duck tape.  The GPS still worked (works) great but I wanted to get the door fixed so I sent it to Trimble.  They told me that it could not be fixed and that I should buy a newer model, from them (can you believe it).   I did buy another unit (only because my insurance paid for it) and have kept this Epoch 35 as a spare for the past few months.  I had rather sell it to someone who can use/fix/part it out/etc, than keep it on my shelf 99% of the time.  I have tested it and it never fails to work like new. It comes with a nice Pelican case, 2 batteries (one Spectra Precision and one aftermarket),  the battery charger and one piece of Duck tape (slightly used).  Because of the crack and broken battery door I have to emphasize that this is being sold AS IS for Parts Only and is priced accordingly.  If you get any use out of it then that's a bonus.
