 We're selling a SPEX Certiprep 6899 cryogenic mill in good condition.  Here's what SPEX has to say about it: "Spex Certiprep 6800 Freezer/Mill is a cryogenic laboratory mill that cools samples to cryogenic temperatures and pulverizes them by magnetically shuttling a steel impactor back and forth against two stationary end plugs. Since the vial is closed, the integrity of its contents is maintained: hazardous or critical samples are easily controlled, clean-up is simplified, and cross-sample contamination is eliminated. Because the vial is immersed in liquid nitrogen throughout the grinding cycle, the sample is kept at cryogenic temperatures and its key aspects preserved. These features have made Spex Certiprep Freezer/Mills the most effective in the world, the "mills of last resort" for many normally ungrindable samples, or samples which are altered by the heat generated by conventional grinding." Note that we have only one vial (without end caps or impactor)) which will be included in the sale.  We'll also include one 6804 extractor. Cosmetic condition is generally good, with two exceptions.  First, there are several paint chips on the front of the cabinet (Watch where you're spilling that stuff!).  Second, some yahoo with a Magic Marker made himself some notes on the top left of the cabinet.  Other than those two things, everything looks good, works well, and is just what you've always wanted. We guarantee this instrument to be in good working order.  Shipping weight will be 70 pounds.  Thanks!
