Tested and Working; when I first powered it on the belt seemed to be slipping, moved it around a little manually (by-hand) then turned it on again and it has run fine ever since. Shakes like crazy. Condition: Accessories: Used; item shows some signs of previous use, minor scuffs and scratches, slight rust, small dings here and there.
