Up for sale is a broadband test system and network module chassis from Spirent/Adtech, the AX/4000 XLP. It is in great physical condition and was tested to power on and light up, with the fan blowing too, but it could not be tested any further. The modules installed in the chassis were tested to light up, but they could not be tested any further either. All the modules inside this chassis seem to be demonstration modules that don't actually function, so keep that in mind. It comes with a power cable, but no other accessories are included.
