It is compatible with the SmartBits 600/6000B/6000C chassis and can be synchronized with other chassis in an expansion connection to provide higher port density. SMB-600B Features Small, lightweight, and portable. Holds up to two modules. Supports up to 16 10/100 Ethernet ports, 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 10GbE port, 4 Packet over SONET (POS) ports, 4 Fibre Channel ports, or a combination of these port types. Bundled with three PC-based software applications for comprehensive performance analysis (SmartWindow™, SmartLib™, and SmartApplications™). Supports sophisticated automated industry standard performance tests defined in RFC 1242 and RFC 2544. Supports 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connections to a host PC. Specifications SmartBits chassis with two module slots. Controllable over the Internet or from a PC equipped with SmartWindow. Input Power: 100-240 VAC. Nominal 115 or 230VAC, 50-60 Hz. Run multiple protocols per port simultaneously to emulate large routed networks. What is emulated on the control plane can be tested with individual flows on the data plane.
