Nice little Spoolgun. The perfect option for the hobby welder that wants to do some aluminum gmaw mig work without breaking the bank. It has a 10' lead, a clear polymer housing so you can see at a glance how much wire you have left to run. Comes complete with a few extra contact tips, and the owners manual. Uses standard Tweco style consumables. 11 series tips, 21-50 Nozzle etc. Comes with a standard .030-.035 Drive roll This is a light spoolgun, it is rated for 130 Amps @ 30% duty cycle. I have these in stock for both Miller style, and Lincoln style. If you have one of the new "Spoolgun Ready" Miller or Lincoln Machines, this is simply a plug and play option. Unhook your factory lead, plug in the spoolgun lead, and the trigger wire connector switch your machine to spoolgun mode and you are ready to run wire. This is a perfect option for the Miller 140 or Miller 180, Lincoln 140, or the Lincoln 180. Basically either of the top 2 manufacturers that have a machine that is spool gun ready this is a plug and play option. If you have one of the older miller or lincoln machines that is not Spoolgun ready, we have adapter kits that are a very simple install, that will allow you to use this on a machine that is not "spoolgun" ready from the factory. This would require some communication with us, to make sure we get you the right adapter, and we can give you detailed instructions on installing it. If you aren't comfortable with that, you can ship your machine to us, we will install it for you for the cost of the part which is about $20 and all you will be out other than that is shipping the machine to us, and paying us for the return shipping to you. I added pictures of the end connectors on the spoolguns that we have The Miller style also has the black 4 pin connector it just got cut off in the picture. Some of the older lincoln machines used spade connectors, and you can simply remove the 4 pin connector and install spade connectors, or if you would like we can do that for you here before we ship it for no extra charge.
