Sprague Tel-Ohmike Model TO-4 Bridge Tester For Parts Or Restoration In fair used condition on the outside with some staining, scratches and missing leather handle (please see pictures). Unit powers up, but does not light up the eye tube. The eye tube heater glows, but may not have proper voltages applied. AC power cord had decomposed crumbling insulation and was removed. This item will need to be serviced and restored for proper functionality. I've done my best to describe this item - the rest is up to you. Please feel free to ask questions. Since the end use of this item will be out of my control, it will be sold as-is. Please know this before buying.
