 This is a three part Metacrylics system that will cover 100 square feet of roof space with a 20 year warranty.  The three parts are: 1- 5 gallon bucket of Metacrylics clear gel. 1 - 5 gallon bucket of Metacrylics white gel. 1 - roll of Metacrylics fabric - 3' wide by 35 feet long. To apply, a sprayer is preferred for larger areas, but the product can be put down with a paint roller. Step 1 - put down a thin layer of the clear gel. Cover all flashings. Step 2 - put the fabric over the clear gel.  The fabric should soak into the gel. Step 3 - put down a layer of the white gel over the fabric Step 4 - wait for 8 hours and apply second coat of white gel Step 5 - wait 8 hours and apply a third coat of white gel The difference between a 15 year system and a 20 year system is the third coat of white.
Condition:
