This is a rather hard to find original Sprout Waldron stone grist mill. It was saved from an old mill and will need some attention to be usable.  It will need to be disassembled to clean it up as it is stuck but this should be pretty straightforward.  It is on an ornate cast iron base and has all of the original parts including the hopper and shaker mechanism.  It has the original brass builder’s tag as can be seen.  The drive pulley has a chip on the edge which shouldn't affect anything and one stone housing has a crack as can be seen but this should also be ok if left alone or could easily be repaired.  It would make a great display running with an engine or small tractor as people like to see activity…. And you could sell ground corn. It is about 24 x 74 x 40 inches tall so it is not overly large. I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to Coolspring, PA,  Baraboo, WI, or Portland, IN, later this year.  I can also ship it quite reasonably through Fastenal or it can be picked up here. It's getting tougher to find original implements like this with each passing year!!  The pictures tell the story.  It should be a fun project!  I can be reached at 262 573 193 1 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
