You are considering a Square D QMB Saflex Panelboard assembly.  This panelboard is used, but appears to be in good overall condition.  This panel board was taken out of a plant that processed electrical grade magnesia powder.  The plant recently closed and the panel was in operation prior to the shut down.  The outer body of the panel is coated with the magnesia dust from the operation, which is why the panel appears faded.  This is cosmetic only. The inside of the components are in good condition (see pictures). Note: The side covers for the panelboard are included, but are not pictured.
