 This is a Square Wave Generator that I found in a scrap pile. I put new 1.5V batteries in it and all of the functions seem to work fine with the exception of the 20mA  output with 4mA offset. One screw is missing at the back of the device. The maker of this device is unknown (possibly a homebrew). Being sold AS IS. The batteries are included. This is being sold anywhere in the world.
